How do I get started with the StepUp Horse app?

1. Download the app from the App Store or Play Store. 2. Launch the app. 3. Grant the requested permissions. 4. Press “Create New Account” or use Google/Apple sign-in. 5. Enter your details. 6. From the Barn/Home screen, press “Add new”, then “New horse”. 7. Enter the horse details, then press “Add New Horse”.

How do I add a device to my team?

1. From the Barn/Home screen, press “Add New”, then “New Device”. 2. Slowly shake the device until a slow green blinking light appears. 3. Press “+”. 4. After a few seconds, a device named “StepUp xxxxxx” appears. Press it. 5. The device is now added to the team. 6. From the Barn/Home screen, press the device you just added. 7. Press “Pair”. 8. Choose the horse the device should record data for. 9. Done.

How do I get started with the Smart Belt device?

1. Optionally shake the device until the slow green blinking light appears. 2. Insert the device fully into the belt casing and close the locking strap. 3. Add belt extensions if needed for the horse’s size. 4. Apply gel on all three electrodes. 5. Place the two left-side electrodes toward the front of the horse, just behind the first left leg near the heart. 6. Put the belt on the horse and make sure the electrodes touch the skin. 7. Put the girth above/on the belt next to the box so the belt does not move. 8. Check the real-time data in the app. 9. Place the saddle on the horse and start the ride.

What should I do after training?

1. Remove the device from the box attached to the belt. 2. Clean the belt with a brush after training and remove hair so it is ready for the next session. 3. Charge the device by placing it on the charger until the green light appears continuously.

How do I delete my account?

Open the StepUp Horse app, select “Account” in the bottom-left navigation, choose “Settings”, scroll down to “Delete My Account”, and press “Confirm”. Your account and personal data will be deleted. If you cannot log in, contact [email protected].
